Account Manager


As an account manager, you’ll be part of a growing team dedicated to providing optimal service to our customers through multiple service deliveries, across energy procurement, management, and complementary processes.

It’s a pivotal front-line role ensuring our customers experience everything OEM has to offer, while maximising cross- and upsell opportunities.

You’ll have daily contact with our customers and our sales and marketing team and a crucial role to play in OEM’s rapid growth as the leading commercial energy buying marketplace in the UK.

About You

You are looking to take a step up, bringing your experience to an energy tech company actively changing the way companies buy and manage their energy. Ideally, you’ll have 3 – 5 years’ experience in the energy industry. You'll have great familiarity with energy procurement processes, terminology, and major players. You'll be an excellent communicator, team player and organiser, managing a varied workload that, from time to time, may take you across the country to meet our customers face-to-face.

Pricing analyst

Pricing Analyst (Immediate)


Procurement is at the heart of what Open Energy Market do, and pricing is at the centre of that. Of course, it’s not that simple: OEM’s proposition and ambitious plans for the future requires a market leading grasp of pricing that can be fed into every part of the process.

Reporting to our Head of Energy, you’ll have exposure to the front-end of the business, working closely with OEM’s Account Management team and wider commercial departments to form a strong, compelling and lasting approach to pricing analysis.

From industry analysis to keeping track of our rapidly expanding data sets, all elements of pricing need to be kept under constant review. And that that comes with the implementation of strict processes and an excellent understanding of our business and the sector we work in.

Sitting close to contract tendering transactions, and every deal we win, forging strong links with every part of our commercial business chain from our partner network to marketing, this is an exciting and pivotal role crucial to OEM’s continued rapid development.

About You

You are highly organised, possess strong commercial awareness, and have the ability to undertake in-depth analysis that you can convey clearly to the wider procurement team and business. As comfortable working with historic analysis as planning for the future, you have a passion for improving processes and developing models that will support OEM’s unique proposition of energy consulting and SAAS/PAAS delivery.
